FAQ

Can I have my order delivered: 
Yes, we offer free delivery and pickup on orders over $500. We also offer flat-rate delivery charge of $90 for within 75kms one way of our store, and $150 to up to 150kms one way of our store. Please select delivery when you select your booking times. 

Does delivery include setup:
No, delivery does not include setup. We will drop off the item(s) where you request, and they must available to be picked up in the same form they were delivered in. If you require setup, please contact us. 

How much time is included in my rental:
Our 1-day rental includes 48hrs.

Do I have to clean any tableware:
Although we appreciate any attempts to clean utensils and tableware, it's not mandatory. Our team will gladly take care of cleaning and sanitizing any tableware items. 

What happens if I am late for my return: 
We understand things happen, and our team will try to accommodate where possible. Please let us know 12hrs prior to any changes to the return time, and we will accommodate free of charge pending availability. Otherwise a late fee of $30/hr will be incurred against the security deposit.
